Launched in April of 2023, BMD Is not just your local news source… it is a resource for the community built by the community.

Whether it's helping a neighbor find a lost pet, rallying support for our local non profits, school district & animal rescues or making sure local businesses that make our town unique get the spotlight they deserve.

Helping those in our community find local jobs & rentals and has provided young adults in our community a platform as they begin their journey into entrepreneurship.

The digest has even been a resource for education on our local wildlife as we coexist with them, with a great emphasis on protecting and preserving our beautiful desert, and small town culture.
